As the situation with COVID-19 develops, Hotel Engine will continue to track the Coronavirus outbreak while we focus on supporting business travelers worldwide with corporate lodging.

Because of this global pandemic, hotels have been inundated with travel cancellations and postponing of trips. We’re working with our hotel partners to ensure we’re providing the best member experience that we can, should your travel plans change.

We’re continuing to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak, following recommendations from the CDC. The travel industry is feeling the weight of this virus, so please be patient and expect delays as the wait time with our Member Experience team will be slightly longer than usual.
