Hotel Engine is pleased to announce the newest member of our powerhouse C-suite leadership team: Kevin Kearns, Chief Revenue Officer. An accomplished senior revenue leader with a strong track record of successfully scaling technology businesses, Kevin is prepared to take Hotel Engine’s revenue organization to its next level of growth.
Prior to joining Hotel Engine, Kevin held sales and revenue leadership roles at Truckstop.com, Grubhub, 4C Insights and ShopperTrak. He is a published author of Escaping the Price-Driven Sale (available through McGraw-Hill) and serves on multiple advisory boards.
Kevin was attracted to Hotel Engine because of the passion and enthusiasm he experienced from those he met from the team. “From the very first discussion, I was extremely impressed with the people and their passion for the company,” he said. “Everyone I met shared the same enthusiasm to bring a better and more innovative solution to business travel.”
To help the revenue organization achieve its full potential, Kevin intends to focus on implementing cross-departmental consistency, improving the team’s productivity and taking advantage of new market opportunities. He’ll draw from his multi-functional expertise in sales, customer success, operations and marketing to drive optimizations across the organization.
Kevin lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife and has three sons. He enjoys cooking, traveling and physical fitness. He loves planning travel around ski trips, and recently skied Telluride for the first time.
