Here at Hotel Engine, we believe in implementing our seven values into each and every day, encounter, and conversation with our members and team.
Every day, we work to drive our culture and our technology to keep team members engaged and customers happy. We’ve dedicated ourselves to improving the lives of business travelers, and we want to highlight the values that motivate us. Every month, we’ll be doing a video with one of our amazing team members to showcase what value means the most to them.
Our team has seven values that we live by every day. We asked Hilary Johnson, our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Hotel Engine, what value speaks most to her. Here’s what she had to say:
“Hi everyone, I’m Hilary Johnson. I am the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager here at Hotel Engine.
My favorite value is ‘if you see it, own it.’ Prior to coming here, I worked for large organizations where there were anywhere from 15,000 to 21,000 employees. My voice was not heard and I felt like my immediate impact was not seen.
Being here, I am able to step out of my talent acquisition bubble. I am able to speak up, where (you know) there is an opportunity for improvement, and I am able to take action.
I definitely feel like my voice is heard here, and that’s why this value resonates with me.”
