When you add Flex to your booking, you can cancel your reservation before, during, or after your trip and receive travel credit for unused nights. This benefit works for any individually booked, multi-night stay and for any room, refundable or non-refundable, up to 8 rooms.
Yes. Modifications can be made at an individual room level or applied to all rooms at once. Flex is currently unavailable for trips booked with Hotel Engine Groups (9+ rooms).
Depending on when you cancel your reservation, you may receive either a reimbursement from Hotel Engine based on the property’s cancellation policy or Hotel Engine travel credit. If you shorten your stay, you’ll be refunded for any unused nights.
If your room is refundable only up to 72 hours in advance, you can cancel if necessary, without penalty. Your travel credit refund has no use restrictions and can be used for one year from the date it was issued. Plus, we take care of cancelling your room and tracking your refund.
Yes! Accounts can pay monthly or annually (at a discount).
