  • We’ll verify that you/your organization qualifies for access to our exclusive platform.
  • A member of our team will follow up with you within one business day to confirm your account.
  • Depending on the amount that you travel, we’ll either set you up with an account right away or arrange for you to meet with a member of our team to help you roll out access to your organization.
  • Once your business’s account is live, you can create additional accounts for anyone on your team who has a company email address.
  • You can start booking, saving and enjoying Hotel Engine’s convenient travel management tools!

What won’t happen after you sign up:

  • You won’t be charged anything — Hotel Engine is free to use.
  • You won’t be locked into a contract. Use our platform as you please.
  • You won’t be required to meet minimums. Book as much or as little as you need.
  • You won’t be harassed with endless emails or sales calls. We’ll occasionally reach out with important information about the platform, but we don’t believe in spamming our customers.
