Hotel Engine Welcomes New VP of People
We are excited to welcome Laura Stapleton as the new VP of People for Hotel Engine!
It takes a phenomenal group of associates to keep this engine running, and Laura is dedicated to strengthening our foundation of talent by promoting an environment in which people can do their best work. Laura comes to Hotel Engine with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, most recently with roles at Mirakl and Litmus.
Fascinated by people and the role the employee experience plays in our lives, Laura works to build connectedness in the workplace and roll out people-centered initiatives that drive organizational success. She’s looking forward to putting her expertise to work at Hotel Engine, saying, “I’m excited by the opportunity to reinforce, enhance and evolve the performance-driven culture at Hotel Engine as we continue to scale.”
Laura is based in Boston, MA, and outside of work, you can usually find this dedicated hockey mom at the rink with her three children. Her favorite travel destination is Aruba.
Fun fact about Laura: she was once offered a spot on an MTV reality show — and she says turning it down is one of the best decisions she’s ever made.
