Hotel Engine adds new Head of Member Experience

We are very pleased to announce that Olivia Marciniak joined the Hotel Engine team on Feb. 22 as Head of Member Experience. In this newly created role, Olivia will ensure the company continues to provide world-class customer service to the thousands of businesses that Hotel Engine supports. She also will be responsible for expanding and improving client interactions through new and innovative channels.

Olivia brings more than 16 years experience in the hospitality and travel technology industry having worked at start-up and high-growth companies. Most recently, she was the Director of the Travel Advisor team at Evolve Vacation Rental where she managed more than 170 team members. During her tenure, her department (and the company as a whole) experienced triple-digit growth in just three years.

Born in Northern California, Olivia moved to Colorado to attend the University of Denver, and never left. She met her husband in Denver, and now has two “Denver native” boys. She enjoys all of the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer with her family, including skiing, golfing, hiking and dining outside at one of the many amazing restaurants in the area.
