Here's how it works:

1. Filter properties by name, star rating, or amenities.

2. Choose up to five properties for our team to gather rates directly from.

3. Then, simply sit back, relax, and wait for the quotes to come in!

And if you're not sure which properties to pick, no worries! Our team of experts will keep curating options tailored to your trip's needs, ensuring you find the perfect stay.

Book Group Trips On-the-Go

Have you ever needed to book a group trip on the go? We now have the solution! Members can now effortlessly submit group trip requests from our Hotel Engine Android and iOS apps. Just head to 'Find a stay' in the app, select 'Rooms and guests,' and the request form will guide you through the rest. Quick and painless.

Share Hotel Engine. Get rewarded.

As a Hotel Engine member, it now really pays to refer businesses to Hotel Engine.

Here’s how it works:

1. Your referral signs up → They get $25

2. They complete their first booking → You get $25

3. They book more → You earn 1% from every trip the business books for a year

4. They start referring → You earn 0.25% on bookings from their referrals for a year

5. Complete 5 primary referrals → You earn an extra $50

Set Travel Policies by Location (Video)

We are improving one of our most used features, Travel Policies! This significant new improvement helps admins customize and control how their teams book hotels, keeping costs in check.

Admins can now:

· Establish precise rate caps for cities and states, perfectly aligning with their local pricing policies.

· Implement a minimum search radius, expanding hotel options within specified boundaries.

Easily View Credit Card Charges

A new billing page has been added where you can see, search, and download your business credit card transactions – making finding charges a breeze.

Find Eco-Friendly Hotels

Looking to reduce your environmental impact? Members can now easily see and filter for eco-friendly properties in search.

CSV Exports for Personal Guests

Members can now easily copy or download their personal guests in CSV format.

Opt-In To Monitor All Bookings

Need to stay in the loop? Admins can now opt-in to receive all confirmation emails for any bookings made in their account.

Phone Numbers Add to Itineraries

Properties’ phone numbers have been added to the top of all itineraries for easier access to hotel contact info.

Increase Direct Bill Limits

Direct Bill customers can now apply for a credit increase directly from the platform if eligibility is met.
