Manage Multi-Room Bookings with Ease

Booking multiple rooms under a single reservation is a great way to save time, but what happens when you need to make a modification? With Hotel Engine, it couldn’t be easier to make the changes you need — no matter how many rooms need to be adjusted (or don’t).

Start your modification

First, you’ll need to make sure that your booking can be modified. If you booked a refundable room, check to make sure that you’re still within the refundability window (that is, at any point prior to the deadline set by the property for changes and cancellations to be made). If you booked a nonrefundable room with Flex or FlexPro coverage, you’ll enjoy even more flexibility!

Navigate to the Trips tab and select the reservation you’d like to modify.
